I am responsible for the development and execution of S-Trend’s business objectives including the management of major contracts, service delivery, quality assurance and resources.

My commercial experience is diverse and encompass managerial roles in both public and private sectors prior to joining S-Trend 9 years ago.

My aim is to lead an inclusive and dynamic team to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

CHARLES WILLACY

State sales manager

I am a specialist in merchandising and sports marketing with over 20 years' experience in the industry. During this time, I have served as President in several successful sporting clubs
and have had the opportunity to be involved in university sports at a senior executive level, including a tenure on the La Trobe University Sport Executive Board. 

My tertiary background includes business management and psychology and I am passionate about sport, in particular amateur football, cricket and representative touch football.

Commercial manager

My broad commercial experience include senior consultant roles for NGOs, government departments and corporates in the energy sector. For over 10 years, I have successfully
delivered large-scale infrastructure projects and supply contracts of a complex nature.

I am an Australian lawyer and commercial leader with proven experience in strategic projects, growth initiatives and continuous improvement. I am passionate about solving real business challenges through purpose-led transformation.

In my spare time, I love doing nothing more than spending time with my 3 year old, yoga and having a hit of tennis.

JAMES MCKENSIE

Account executive

I am an experienced key account manager with over 10 years' experience in the teamwear and sports apparel industry. My background in management and sponsorships as well as my extensive involvement in sport allows me to provide an exceptional level of personalised service.

I am a strategic thinker and I enjoy working with my clients to give pragmatic, solution-focused advice for their teamwear needs. 

I am very active in my spare time and like to keep fit going to the gym, running, cycling and swimming; I also play and coach soccer at South Yarra SC and somehow manage to squeeze in a regular round of golf with my friends too.

KATIE COOKSON

Service operations executive

I am an experienced administrator in the fashion industry with prior roles as Operations Coordinator and Product Manager with leading international fashion brands, including Ted Baker.

In addition to my strong time management and organisational skills, I am also a graphic artist with a degree in Textiles Design and I enjoy working with the
team to deliver the best customer experience for our clients.

I have over 15 years’ experience in business and operational administration across the marketing and financial sectors.

My experience includes EA roles for
executive leaders, project management and compliance projects.

I am passionate about customer service with a track record for problem solving and attention to detail.
